You acknowledge and agree that:

- AI-generated nutrition estimates may not be 100% accurate

- Individual health needs vary, and our Service may not be suitable for everyone
- You use our Service at your own risk
6. User Responsibilities and Conduct
When using our Service, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload or share offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
- Harass, bully, or abuse other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

7. AI Food Analysis Accuracy
Our AI-powered food recognition feature uses Google Gemini AI to analyze food images and estimate nutritional content. You acknowledge that:
- AI estimates are approximations and may not be 100% accurate
- Accuracy depends on image quality, food visibility, and portion sizes
- You are responsible for verifying nutrition information if accuracy is critical
- We are not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate AI analysis
8. Content Ownership and License
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (food images, profile data, messages, etc.). By uploading content, you grant MyHealth AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and analyze your content to provide the Service
- Display your content to other users based on your privacy settings
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvements and research
8.2 Our Content

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

12. Termination

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYHEALTH AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or health-related issues
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated nutrition data
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Service interruptions or data loss
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyHealth AI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the Service

Our Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Firebase, Google Play Store, etc.). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for:
